Hi to all, this is my first post, i am a long date player and i finally found the time to come back gaming.
I've  lot of mins and different armies so i was thinking to plain 4 armies to use with my friend new to epic.
I'd like to hear from you if the following armies are balanced between each others.
General rules: 3000pts, little aircraft, medium war engines.

I created this lists mostly with my painted minis in mind but i can make change if the armies are unbalanced or unfunny to play.
Any advice is welcome!

Nice space marine force - not too struck on the LR's but that it just as I feel they are overcosted, Warhounds are pretty essential, good mix of infantry but lacks terminators one of the Marines few bargain units.

IG looks cool but no artillery? Come on lets get a battery or two in there ;)

Can't comment on Orks or Chaos as i've not wielded them in battle yet.

I've got a full artillery company but sadly it is not painted  :(

Also i think IG artillery are too powerful, especially against orks armies, am i wrong? I't's a feeling, nothing real to base my argumentation.

For the termy you are right but i don't have the miniatures  :(

From my experience, I would move the stompas from the warband across to the Stompa Mob.

For the IG list I'd drop the Demolishers and split the SHT comapny into three support formations for greater flexability.

Does the SHT company have to remain in coherency then? Can it not be split like in NetEPIC days?

Unit coherency for WEs is 5cm x starting DC.

Thank you all, great advices.
Today i've take my dusted ultramarines and i set up the painting station, i realize now that at the time i first painted my marines i've used the ultramarine spray...very, very bad...

But my forgeworld warhound are awesome!  :cool:
