So how will this be different to BFG Ver 1 and the Armada supplement?  ???

Well, Andy has said on his forum that the gunnary tables will change, and may disappoear completely. Aside from that, I guess that most changes will be minimal. Fanatic have stated that all minis and stats will transfer to the new version.

As long as the stats of the ships don't change I'll be happy. I msde a all the ship record sheets in excel.

BFG is a good game as it stands right now and I don't think they envision a major overall.  More like a 50,000 mile checkup and upgrade.

What I would really like to see is rules that encourage the use of mix weaponry.  As it stands now, against high armor targets I would always perfer my lance batteries.

It would explain why ships like the Lunar are so popular.

On the game board I rarely take my Lunars.  Unless I know I will be facing both Eldar and another fleet.

I have an Excel spreadsheet if you go to the main site, Additional Rules and then the Gothic Registry.

Take a look, and let me know how it works as I worry that people have trouble accessing it.

Thanks.

The spreadseet looks pretty darn good.  I like it.

The only question I have is what are the multiple names rows for.  Is that for multiple ships in a squadron?

Thanks
