Thanks. I am mostly after Imperial Squats, but if you have the Chaos Squats as spare, we can add them to our deal. Thanks.
Maksim, I think that I have seen T5H version, is Cherns around somewhere? Will either of them be 'official' and how do they compare to the 'Vault forum' version? Thanks.

Yep, that is what I am doing. Organized the squats I have into an IG Infantry Company and using the bikes I have as Riders.

But even in Netepic I like the idea of an IG company made up of Squats. Just looks cool in my opinion.

Not surprisingly, we use the SM1 templates with a little SM2 & E40K mixed in.

From a gaming standpoint, I see no reason why you couldn't use the IG templates to organize your Squats ...

I know that T5H was working on one and I beleive that Chern was working on one as well.

Unfortunately, Maksim, you ar wrong about me writing one. I was considering doing so, but that was about a year ago and the idea ended in the warp becasue of lack of proper materials to base it on.

there isn't anything official about the squat, and i tend to think we wont see a list for them in the vault anytime soon. It's possible that a demiurd list appears on day, but it all depend, in fact, on the Wh40K team : they decide for major new background or changes.
However, something like 6 month ago, Jervis asked for some propositions for squat lists; i don't know what he intended to do with it, but well, it may give some kind of hope for our short friends. As Jervis seem to consider important to give old players and armies something to use their mini with, it's quite possible we'll see a list after all. don't quite know.
There are lists in the "fan list and rules section" in the playtester forum but i suppose you allready got them.
Now, if you want to build your army, don't wait for the official list; basing conventions are pretty permisssive in E:A anyway (specially combined with the count as rule), i think you should base anything the way you think look best in any case. That's what i do with my minis, even for "official" lists.

So it was predicted, as it will happen! I am sure that I saw a version somewhere, and although it was a while ago, I assumed that it was yours...
Anyway, I remember that Jervis was calling for a 'counts as' list for the Squats to translate to Imperial Guards, but this is not really what I am looking for. I am fine with counts as lists, but at some point they inevitably break down as some units dont match particularly well. I am coming to the conclusion that it would be better just putting together my own army list for my home games anyway. The chance of ever seeing an official list is pretty much non-existant anyhow.
I will start with the troops and post here when I have a thought (it could be a while  ). The important thing is the stats.
