What little remained of Knight artillery replied.
Onyx's painstakingly plotted orbital bombardment managed to find a nice empty circle of space in the Knight deployment zone to flatten.
Shooting would soon give way to violent assaults.
Charged by death crabs, the Knights managed to hold the line even without their First Strikes.
The Iron Warrior BTS unit came under artillery and aircraft fire, but managed to hold out and cross the board. They couldn't quite reach an objective, but kept their VP intact.
The final combats went to the Knights as the planet gradually came under the firm grip of Imperial Might.
We called this hard-fought battle as 2-0 to the Knights.
