For those looking to build a Sisters/ Ministorum/ Sororitus army, I have been building one and I am nearly finished collecting it. So as part of the process, I scoured the internet and used all my resources to find suitable miniatures for the army.
Here is a list of Manufacturers and their appropriate miniatures that I used for my Sisters/Ministorum army.
Most of the infantry miniatures were provided by Onslaught minis who has suitable miniatures in the 6mm Sisterhood and Hellborne ranges.
I used the Sisterhood Command, Hecate, Themis and Vitris packs for the general sisters troops infantry. They also have decent vehicle proxies for the Exorcist, Immolator, Rhino, and Repressor tanks with their Vesta, Juno, Hestia , Hera and Atropos tanks. From Onslaughts Hellborn range I used the Gore Maidens for the Repentia.
I also used for my Ministorum allies namely Adeptus Arbites, the Denizens and Mercenaries PPF Enforcers, Pacifiers and Suppressors. I also used the Onslaught Sisters Minerva, the Hellborn cultists and cult Zealots for the redemptionists human rabble.
In the Vanguard minis range specifically the Defeat in Detail 6mm Novan Regulars range I used the Lancastrian Bomber for the Marauder bomber, the Stukhog tank hunter for the Avenger Strike Fighter bomber, the Falcon vtols for Vulture Gunships, and the Kestrel transport vtols for Valkyrie transports. I also have Imperial Planetary Guard allies and for these, this range has excellent proxies for the Leman Russ battle tank in the form of the Centurion tank. They also have good infantry and artillery vehicles in this range.
Soon-ish, hopefully before June 2018, they will be releasing minis suitable for a commissar, and as a good proxy for Cadian infantry, which will be excellent for both IG and Ministorum PDF allies.
Most important of all will be their proxy for the Penitent Engine. Currently I am using the Defeat in Detail Skinnerz Tramplers, but find them a little too large for a Penitent Engine. I think they would be better suited as a Stomper, or a large Ork Dreadnought.
Lastly for those looking for something that specifically looks like sisters vehicles, I purchased a range of high quality 3D printed conversion kits from various Shapeways (USA) store. I found that these conversion kits are quite good.
Here is a list of the current range and the relevant Shapeway stores to get them from.
From Nanofactory I purchased the Bulldozer blades, the SOBdoors array sprues (also has inquisition symbols on them), the 6mm Organ Gun sprue, and the 6mm Immolator Sprued. These tend to be designed for a slightly larger rhino, The old Forgeworld rhino is ideal, although I am sure you can use them on the Vanguard range 6mm Novan Elites Trojan APC, although I have not tried this.
From the National Cheese Factory I purchased the SoB upgrade parts for Maeglin. This conversion kit is suited for the smaller ol GW plastic Rhino, and comes with 10 Repressor (tops plus dozerblades) , 5 Immolator tops and 5 Exorcist tops. I also purchased the 6mm Nuns with Guns upgrade parts. These are suited to a slightly larger Rhino, and are of high quality. You get 5 each of the Exorcist, the Immolator and the Repressor conversion parts.
For those wanting to get a Spaceship for the Army, Vanguard have offer via the Battlegroup Helios/ Helion fleet the Helion Dreadnought mini, which I am looking to purchase one later on when the penitent Engine proxies are released.
I hope this has been informative for those looking to start a Sisters army.
Edit:
P.S.
When I collect an army, I collect an army. I should, when finished, have just over 13,000 points for this army.
