Lego - the point of larger DC war engines being able to capture multiple objectives is so that primarily armies like AMTL aren't hamstrung too much by their low activation count, and still have a chance of being reasonably competitive in it.
I can see the rational but in that case Yme-Loc is in the same predicament as they where before and so is any Eldar list with a chunky titan. A points cutoff would do the trick however and it would also open the scenario for a few of the potentially more esoteric choices out there. (Or for that matter close it)
I'm also not sure the Orks need the extra buff in that scenario.
