Great game and all. But what a drongo was the Tau Commander (me).

Could have deployed the recon formations with markerlights on the Marine scouts, but didn't (2 cm out).
Coordinated fire moved forward to markerlight but then killed the only scout within markerlight range.
But also pushed other members of the formation within assault range of big nasty Marine formations.
Moved the Scorpionfish pair to shoot but then threw lots of ones, . . .

Other klutz move was to not occupy the lovely ruins (with scout zones of at least control at least)
so that the terminator ("cavalry") did not have cover to teleport into.
Even more crazy forgot to put a formation on overwatch to shoot at said Terminators when they popped out.

Live a learn, . . . .

Never felt able to push through to hit the Whirlwinds. A lot of buffer in the road,
with perhaps enough overwatch AP fire to stop even markerlight units getting there for guided missile fire.

Lots of Drones was for fun. And I'd just made/painted the Tiger Sharks with drones dropping from them.
So they needed using and obviously needed plenty of friends.
Lots of 15 cm AP shooting not a strong pick in an AP strong army like the Tau.
