Hi Deacon.
Liking your background quite a bit. getting a very strong Dune vibe off of it. It evokes a similar flavor to the 40K universe while actually being very different, and I like that. I do however, have difficulty suspending disbelief on one part of it.

The Sisterhood was granted control over the ancestral home of Man, Terra - and the only lawful reproduction facilities (where the future of humanity would be grown in laboratories now that the race was mainly sterile).
I just have a hard time accepting reproduction as the hostage that the Sisterhood holds to keep everyone in line. I don't see how it works. Even if some massive apocalypse left a sizable population alive but sterile, subsequent cloned generations would not be and so regular reproduction would resume with the next generation. Unless the sisterhood are sterilizing everyone after they come out of the cloning cylinders (which would tend to ruin their rep as "champions of the common people")? You indicated that it was after the long war that humanity began expanding rapidly out into the galaxy, so the sterility can't be an environmental condition that effects new populations because that condition wouldn't be on any of the new planets humanity has settled.
I'm just not getting this part.
Want to hear more about the non-human (and OTC) factions though.
