Otherwise, you pretty much always have two people ganging up on the third, who can then choose which of the two others he despises the most. The third will almost invariably be the winner.
Yeah - it's a bugger that one. We played a system previously where you gain points for each turn you hold an objective which means that ganging up tends not to work so well. The problem was balancing having too little space to manoeuvre with a board that was so big that anyone playing Eldar had a massive, massive advantage.
