Quote (Tas @ 11 2004 Feb.,04:49) | It is with great pleasure that I accept these items from the now sadly silent Forge mechanism. ?I will treat them wth the reverence they deserve...
| Oh no - silent mechanisms - please stop this, I'm going to cry...

Hopefully a year or so down the road, G/W US will be able to start Epic Archive and maybe even sell E:A as bitz instead of whole units. But it's anyone's guess ...

Judging from the GW archives in general, not much.

Hi!
Too true.
To me at least the archive was the last great service GW could do for epic. Sad to see it go.

Very pleased to see that F/W will do this beast in Epic Scale!!! Finally F/W produces something for Chaos and not more IG, IG, IG, IG, etc., etc.! ?
And it's a whole new model not another version of something (someone smack Tony C. and take his WWII AFV books away from him!) we have 5 + models of (Stormsword, Baneblade, etc.)! ?
Plus they said S/G will produce the Scorpion II in Epic, not F/W producing another model of an existing model that G/W makes (Falcon, Nightspinner, Chimera, etc., etc., etc. !). ?
I hope this is a new trend...
F/W produces new Epic models for armies other than Imperial, and S/G(G/W) & F/W don't make the same models (the F/W Epic Falcon was completely unnecessary and along with the Nightspinner both are too fragile to be used for gaming! ) ?
Save for the F/W Epic Tau and a few other odds & ends most of F/W Epic was annoyingly redundant... I know cause I foolishly bought them all...

Well it doesn't exactly scream 'CHAOS!' at me... but on the bright side I have some proxies which I think might do the job - whadda people reckon?

I have ten of each of the first and second models, the one on the right is a epic40k edition thunderbolt for comparison.
I've been trying to remember, and then google search for the manufacturer but can't find them. You got 12 different spaceships plus stands in a plastic kitset. A friend and I bought 10 boxes and divided them up... anyone know what the manufacturer is?
