Had anopther games with my knights today. Wanted to try the same list as last time to see if it was a good meet all comers list. I had:
Errants+Errant+Baron 590 (BTS)
Paladins+Paladin+Senechal 415

Lancers+Lancer+Senechal 415

My opponent came with a, to me anyways, scary list:

It was clear i was not the only one planning on massive assaults this time and I was really nervous how to deal with this list...
Setup:
No garrisons. My oppoonent choose corners deployment. I set up both my howitzers screened by the rough riders as the blitzguard.
The rest of the formations where set upp all along the long edge of the table screened by my Lancers. I made sure no unit was intermingled but also made sure taht any unit being air assaulted would get supporting fire from another.
My opponent set up his Devastators (BTS) by his blitz, his scouts was placed halfway down the short table edge on the road.
Both his warhounds where ålaced at the middle of the long table edge which made me guess that they where going for the blitz later.

TURN 1: Marines win Initiative.
SM: Warhound doubles forward in between buildings. Fires on Rough riders and kills 2, breaking the formaton.
KNIGHTS: Thunderbolts go on CAP.
SM: Waehound doubles up beside it's sister and fires on the broken Roufg Riders, wiping them out.
KNIGHTS: Howitzers sustain on Scoouts, 1 stand dies.
SM: Devastators by SM Blitz (BTS) goes on OW.
KNIGHTS: Howitzers sustains on Scouts, 1 rhino is destroyed.
SM: Scouts holds, regroups and clears all BM:s.
KNIGHTS: Thunderbolts go on CAP.
SM has no more on board activations and chooses not to activate any more.
KNIGHTS: Paladins doubles forward towards Warhounds and fires on one of them, strips oth shields.
KNIGHTS: Castellans doubles towards Warhounds and fires on the Titan without shields, 1BM.
KNIGHTS: Lancers doubles forward towards the center of the board. Fires on same Warhound as the others before him. 1BM and the formation breaks. The Warhound falls back behind a building.
KNIGHTS: Errants (BTS) doubles forward.
KNIGHTS: Paladins double forward.
END PHASE:
Warhound rallies.

TURN 2: Marines wins inititative.
SM: Warhound sustains on Castellans, 1BM.
KNIGHTS: Howitzers sustain on Warhound, 1BM.
SM: Warhound sustains on Paladins, 1BM.
KNIGHTS: Howitzers sustains on Scouts, 1 rhino dies.
SM: Thunderhawk with Tacitacls Ground attack Castellans. Intercepting Thunderbolts does 1 BM. SM wins the combat by 2 and hacks down 1 Castellan.
SM: Thunderhawk with Tacticals retains and ground attack Paladins. Intercepting Thunderbolts do 1BM. The Tacticals wins the kills all but 1 Paladin for the loss of 2 stands. The Paladin flees past the Knight Blitz.
KNIGHTS: Errants doubles forward and nfires on Devastators by SM Blitz. 1 stand dies.
SM: Scouts Marshall and spreads out a litttle to stop Knights marchuing past them.
KNIGHTS: Paladins doubles towards the Knight Blitz and fires on Tacticals, 1 BM.
KNIGHTS: Lancers doubles forward and screens the errants. Fires on scouts and kills 1 stand.
END PHASE:
Lone Paladin rallies.
Castellans fail to rally.

TURN 3: Terminators arrive by Knights Blitz with no BM:s. Terminators arrive by T&H objevtive by buildings with 1 BM. Marines wins initiative.
SM: Terminators engages Howitzers by Knight Blitz. They wipe the formation out but looses 2 stands.
SM: Tacticals retain and engages Howitzers by Knight Blitz anwipe them out for the loss of 1 stand.
KNIGHTS: Paladins engages Tacticals by Knight Blitz. They wipe them out for no losses (Fierce battles by the blitz!)
SM: Warhound advances towards Paladins, claims crossfire to Terminators and kills 1 Knight.
SM: Tacitcals retain initiative and doubles to Knight Blitz. Fires on Paladins, 1BM.
KNIGHTS: Thunderbolts ground attack Terminators by Knight Blitz, 1 BM.
SM: Warhound doubles to Knight Blitz and fires on lone Paladins who is destroyed.
KNIGHTS: Errants (BTS) doubles towards SM Blitz. OW fire from Devastators does 1 BM. ¤ units are killed by the hail of MW fire from the Errants and the formation breaks. The fall back just outof 15 cm from the errants.
SM: Scouts Marches to SM Blitz.
KNIGHTS: Thunderbolts ground attack Devastators by SM Blitz and wipes them out. Claims the BTS objective
SM: Thunderhawk ground attacks Lancers for 1 BM.
KNIGHTS: Lancers go on OW
SM: Terminators by T&H objective Holds and regroups, shedding all BM:s.
SM Thunderhawk stands down.
END PHASE:
Castellans ralies
Knights have 2 objectives (BTS and T&H) and Marines have 2 objectives (Blitz and T&H). On to Turn 4!

SM: Terminators advances and fires on Castellans. 1 Castelan dies and the formation breaks.
KNIGHTS: Thunderbolts go on CAP.
SM: Warhound doubles up to contest T&H objective held by Lancers. Fires on Lancers and do 1 BM.
KNIGHTS: Lancers engages Warhound, they loose the assault and flees.
SM: Thunderhawk lands by DtF objective.
SM: Thunderhawk lands by DtF Objective.
END PHASE:
Lancers fail to rally
Castellans fail to rally
SM have 2 objectives (Blitz and T&H) and Knights have 2 objectives (BTS and Blitz). No turn 5 rolled so on to points!
Codex Marines wins the game with 1701 points vs 1050 p!

Well, that went better than i thought it would. First i thought I was going to be assaulted to death right away but it wasn't that bad.
Lancers feel really good with Scout. They protected units the 3 first turns from teleporting assaults. Errants felt strong up close but quite useless at a longer range.
Castellans didn't do much this game.
I've said it before but i really, really enjoy playing the knights list! It's an aggresive list but broad enough to be able to utilise different tactics.
Fritique and comments are always welcome!! Tactical advice are needed!

Thanks for the reports. What were your opponents thoughts (this game and last) on the Errants, Lancers and Castellans?
