I honestly didn't care about the pricing the reason why i asked is because your print's look better then FUD to me so I thought i'd just ask. You print stuff only for you, thats no problem, your stuff looks awesome!
Blind-
I don't think that looking for a better price is damnable or scurrilous.
I tried to think without prejudice about what people hope to get when they ask me about doing prints ( I assumed of their own design) for them and evaluate wether I could fulfill that hope.
I doubt that the quality of my prints is noticeably better than ultra frost. My stuff might look better, because it painted and because it is a photograph and often enough not a close up. If you hold it in your hand and tilt it, so the light catches in the wrong places you might revise your judgment - or not I do not really know - I should make a comparison one of these days.

You imply that these models are available on shapeways, but they are not. You have not offered to make even the files available for those of us who would be interested in printing these ourselves, and then you give a curt reply to our friend here who asked an innocent question. Quite a few people on this site would be interested in being able to print these on their own and are wondering why you are reluctant to share.
You're certainly not at all obligated to, but, considering that numerous people have expressed interest, it would be awfully nice of you to contribute to the community. I don't think anyone is in competition or would be looking to exploit the designs for commercial purposes.

I did not imply that they are on shapeways. Blind asked about printing for others, which I interpreted as doing prints designed by others - especially as I have received questions about doing so. And if you read my answer, you will see that I answered accordingly, i.e. taking into account problems with designs, which wouldn't apply to already "working" designs.
No I did not offer to make the files available and I will not.
The designs are simple and straight forward, you could be half way through the design of a wall piece in the time you spent to formulate your post.
I did offer to evaluate to put them on shapeways, and did so. This rose the usual shit storm of "how can you make that so expensive". I choose to ignore the demand to spent more time and money on the design, so anybody else gets it cheaper and shut down that project.
A friend of mine is making forms to cast them in ceramic, but there seems to be no real interest (people demanding resign seemingly), so I'll probably have to stop him, before he wastes too much time and money.
Regarding the curtness of the answer, I think this is a media, culture and language problem.
I'm German and that is the way I would have spoken to anybody in our Club. Probably with a smile or a sigh here and there and obviously in German not in English, but it would have been a very close literal translation.
Somebody asks me for something and I tell him (in this case) I will not do it and provide the reasons why I will not do it and possible solutions, so he still might get what he is looking for.
If the style is offensive, I do apologize it was not intended - it wouldn't have caused any discern here.
Some might be even surprised that I bother to explain why I will not do it.
But in this case it makes sense (not only as a courtesy) as I get these questions once a day. So I hope when I explain why I do not do it, people will not ask anymore and can deduct from the answers that rephrasing the question in a different way, will not change the answer.
As nobody reads all the old posts, it doesn't hurt to repeat that I will not sell any of those parts or print stuff for others regardless of who designs the model, once in a while.
Giving back the community ?
The community gets from me an Website, with images,

Paper buildings
an Army Generator
inspiration seemingly.
What did you give back lately ?
I could have designed some point defenses in the time I wrote that.
