Hi. Since I did not receive too much comments on the v 1.3 of the Sisters of Battle list, I have decided to make a little revision, giving it a number of 1.4. Now it's better, and I have put high level of attention to fine-tune the rules, so they are easy and quick to use.

Some heavy changes were made and another appendix added, consisting of fluff on the two Orders who fought in Third War of Armageddon.

List is for download from groups.yahoo.com/group/epica/files .

There is also a host of new SoB proxies in the pipeline.
Do not expect me to upload them on the spot, though. The Sisters proxies will be uploaded only when they all are done, so you will have immediate access to the entire range. And it will be worth waiting, be assured.

Hi all,
I'm developing a new favourite army - the Death Korps of Krieg - although I plan to wait a bit to see how it shapes out as an army and models. ANd - great news - I caught my first glimpse of a DKoK cannon today - see the specialist games page NOW! :D ?:D ?:D

EDIT: Doh! Got so excited about this I never noticed someone else had posted about it.

So when do we see the new CI?
And  - anyone doing this army?

Yes, my Jopalli IG force is based on the DKoK list. It was originally based on the PDF list, but that later mutated into the DKoK list.

Doing a small army of those too. I recently purchased a nice bunch of old IG minis at E-bay. The majority will become a Cadian army but since the deal also contained 7 gorgons I decided to use those as Sigfried tanks for a DKoK army. I also got a bunch of TL era Basilisks. I think I'll turn those into guns and siege tractors. It will not be a big force but the whole imagery of the Death Korps of Krieg really appeals to me. They'll probably all end up as a small faction for my main IG army.
I agree that the pic at SG's site looks nice. Looking forward to seeing a full army not to mention the CI! :)

In the collectors model section of the rule book it says the new CI model will come out some time in 2005.

I don't think it will be part of the Death Korps list.

Well that was the rumor ... CI with DKoK ?   But I look forward to any and all Epic Releases !  So far DKoK get an AT gun, Sentinals (??) ??? maybe, anything else ??     ???

I was under the impression the CI would come out with the whatever IG list comes out after Death Korps (probably cadians)

who/what is CI?

I have seen it mentioned a couple of times in relation to DKoK and I have never heard of it before

The treadheads' dream - imagine ther biggest thing on tracks you could, then multiply it by 7, and add a massive transport capability. That's the Capitol Imperialis, a command centre-transport-firepower monster. Big, slab-sided, vast ramps for anything on board, cannon... a moving fortress. A Landa on tracks, but bigger. Titan-sized. Everybody's favourite too, it seems...drool :p

I knew Librarian Jimbo would come thru !!! ? Yes, in SM1 she has 4 Void Shields & a Damage Rating of 4 and a Damage Chart (like a Titan!) , could carry 12 stands of Infantry or 6 Land Raiders, etc., and a had lot of firepower. But was rather slow and moved at the same speed as infantry. ?We always felt she was a "knock-off" of the Star Wars Sand Crawler. ?(Which I also have 2 in my Epic Armies from Micro Machines!) ?Nice paint job Jimbo ! ?Mine is in an Imperial/Panzer Gray. ? ? ? ? ?:;):

For a while during E:A playtesting the CI was in the Armageddon Steel legion list. It got removed because the model wasn't going to be made in time (Jervis said fanatic doesn't have enough scupltors). Jervis said it would come in one of the later IG variant lists instead. Same goes for the Colossus. (The Colossus is a drop ship, the IG equivelant of thunderhawks, landas etc).

These were the stats for the CI when it was in the Steel legion list:

Very interesting ... in Codex Titanicus the CI was originally called "the Behemoth" ! :;):   So that being said what is the latest intell on the CI and Colossus ?   And any other DKoK stuff ?  ???

Crimson: Does the Stats include the changes from playtest or is it just the original from the SL list?
