So i dont see any lists which include it as a unit. I remember it from my Final Liberation days and after seeing this http://www.onslaughtmini.com/images/previews/grudtartarus01.jpg over at onslaught miniatures, i was wondering if there are any playtests going on to get it back out there?

The Cadians (IG developmental army in the Compendium) uses the Leviathan.
