Oops copy & paste error. The Raider should have CC6+ & FF4+.

To answer your actual question, yes the unit can be included in an engagement. In this case the Aspects would have to remain in the Raider and have the Raider activate to start the engage as the Aspects even with an Exarch don't have a Commender to activate different formations at the same time. You would also have to remember to keep unit coherency when making any charge moves although a Raider can be upto 10cm away due to its DC2. (DC)2 x 5cm = 10cm coherency.

The epic UK lists are in error, it should be as listed above (the original swordwind CC and FF)
