Hi,
a question about rallying and leaders.
After I rally a broken formation I get half the formation strength blastmarkers. For every leader in the formation I can remove one of the blastmarkers or is the leader ability only for rallying unbroken formations?

Yes, the leader ability does apply when rallying broken formations.

You get to remove half, rounding in your favour, then 1 more per unit with leader in the formation.
