I am considering dropping the Flak Battery in favour of Sentinels... And myabe dropping the Thunderbolts in favour of mechanizing the second infantry company (for better speed and survivability).

Pure infantry can be quite resistant. Just provide them hard cover and ther have the same armor than Space Marines !
