TBolts straffe the Biovores and take one out.


A Swarm doubles up, laying a BM on the Infantry in cover.


The Manticores take out a Warrior and some brood.


A Swarm marches.


The Basilisks take out a Hormagaunt.


The Stealers march.


A Mech coy doubles on the Biovores, laying a BM.


The Exocrine double on the mech coy, taking out two Chimera.


The Deathstrikes wax the Haruspex.


The Swarm breaks when it tries to marshal.


A Swarm doubles up, laying a BM on the Mech Coy, the Sentinels double and ZoC it, laying a BM.

Tbolts break the Lictors, taking one out.


The Mech coy (actually the HQ) sustains on the swarm in the open and takes out most of its brood.


A Swarm doubles and lays a BM on the Mech Coy.


The Trygons attempt to engage, fail and move.


The Shadowsword fries a Malfactor.


A Swarm engages the Sentinels.


Three to two, bugs.


The bugs win it and the Exocrines retain and take out three more Chimera. The Basilisks hit the BTS for a BM.


The BTS marshals, moving and regrouping.


The lone Tbolt breaks the stealers.


The Biovores take out some Infantry.


Lt. Schmuckatelli doubles on the Swarm in over, laying a BM.


A Swarm crashes into the HQ.


Three to four, bugs.


After round two it's 7 to 3 bugs.


The bugs win it and the IG break.


The Guardsmen on the right flank sustain on the swarm in the open. Killing a bunch.


The blitz guard marshals.

The Basilisks sustain, and shoot on the BTS. Taking a Warrior out.


The IG do the same, but fail and shoot, laying a BM.


The Trygons engage, realize they are ZoCed by the Sniper with Lt. Schmuckatelli and charge them instead of the Shadowsword.


Four to two, bugs. The Commissar gets away.


The Lictors engage the Deathstrikes.


The wipe them out.


Manticores fail to sustain but hit the Swarm in cover on a hold.


The Exocrine advance and blast some infantry.


The Shadowswords breaks the BTS, taking some brood and the Malfactor out.


The Genestealers engage the IG.


Two to two.


The stealers are wiped out.


Tbolts straffe the Biovores, taking another out.


A swarm marshals.


The HQ lays a BM on the Lictors.


A Swarm marahals.


More Tbolts on Biovore action for a BM.


The blitz guard grabs DTF.

wow, that combined assault against the intermingled tyrgons went terribly. Looks like the 'nid tactics of presenting an overwhelming no. of threats did the job pretty well

Agreed on both counts - I hate it when I try to set up something that has a reasonable chance of success and it goes sideways just as if I had been completely reckless Well, it's my turn with the 'nids tonight. I'm sure we'll find some glaring weakness in them this time, since I'll be their general
