Hi,

Our epic group wants to play the Epic UK scenario "A bridge too far".
As every table in this scenario has its own initiative, how it works with formations crossing the table "borders"? Do they get they order on their starting table?

Yes, activate the formation on the previous table and move over the gap. May take a bit of co-ordination with the other table and should be timed to take place between activations on that table. I did initially plan to have a break between moving tables but dropped it to keep things simple.

With initiative each table does roll separately, and I'd suggest that table 2 and 3 use the Marine strategy rating(5) until none are left on the table.

Make sure you let us know how it goes as it's been played twice to the best of my knowledge and its tied at one win for each side :)

We will play it on Saturday. I act as game master.. so I have time to take pictures and write a report.
Our second wave of marines is only 1500 points strong.
The first marine player uses codex marines. The other uses a space wolves task force.

That's cool. The second drop is a bit of a work in progress as it was only 500 points in the first game we played.

Have fun :)

so.. the scenario is done.. and the allies won.
The Axis lost the 2. table in the first turn and the 1. in the second turn..

the deployment of the axis force was a not so good. The marine force was able to intermingle and assault large axis forces... destroying them very easy.
I did some minor chances to the scenario.. 1500 points for the second wave and the random action event card at a roll of 10 or more with 2D6 before a turn.
A battle report will follow.
