Better late the never:
I think both warrant Fighter and a save of 6+.
For the Lonbarreled AC, that's what the Hydra is armed with (just twinned) so 45cm AP5+/AT6+/AA5+. On the ground it would translate to a 75cm range, but AA weapons are usually dropped by 15cm. The Hydra got a further 15cm drop to 45cm (assuming because it's 360 around). I don't think the Lightning needs a 60cm shot though, 30-45cm should work. Given a TBolts multilaser is enough for AA5+ I think an autocannon is worth AA5+ as well. You could argue the increased AA is a trade off for a reduced range if you think only AA6+ is warrented.
For the Twin Lascannons, I'd say 30cm AT4+/AA5+. The AT has precedent from the TBolt as well. The AA not so much. A single shot at S9 doesn't scream awesome AA to me, maybe 6+. Twinning it for AA5+ seems good enough.
For the Rockets, it's armed with 6 of them. Not sure they need single shot though. Assuming three turns per game I think 45cm AT4+ is good enough.
So you'd be looking at:
Code:
Attack
AC Fighter +6 n/a n/a -
LB Autocannon 45cm AP5+/AT6+/AA5+ Fixed Forward
Twin Lascannon 30cm AT4+/AA5+ Fixed Forward
Code:
Strike
AC Fighter +6 n/a n/a -
Rockets 30cm AT4+ Fixed Forward
Twin Lascannon 30cm AT4+/AA5+ Fixed Forward
Pretty close point wise I'd say. 150ish for two.
