Hello All
If an ork player selects a bunch of formations so that he does not have any Nobz or Garguants, where would the free warlord go?
Also, for mini games (1000k) I noticed the London group calls them minigeddons, and the free Warlord is not awarded... how about the rest of you?
Finally, When increasing the size of a warband/formation to big or uge, do you also get to double/triple up on your extras... such as giving a UGE warband 3 oddboyz?

No Nobz or Gargants mean that you get no Warlord.
I don't play that small, so would recommend that you do what you feel is right for your games.
Yes the availablity increases as you go from Normal to Big to 'Uge

hah! never realized I could get three oddboyz.
I thought the rule was clear - if no nobz or gargants you can put the warlord anywhere (except on aircraft and spacecraft obviously).
for a 1000pt game i'd not field one though - the minigeddon suggestion all 0-1 options at a 3000pt game are best left off the field. too powerful otherwise.

There should be an FAQ on this. If you really have an army with no Nobz or Gargants, you can put the Warlord in any formation. I've only seen this happen once, and it was my army because I was taking a really extreme list to prove a point.
There's actually a thread around somewhere with minigeddon rules. The French boards originally came up with it, iirc.
