Question as in title... moved up here a couple of weeks ago, now my Orks need someone to clobber. I gather there is a gaming club meeting in Botley, does anyone here take their extra tiny toys up there, or elsewhere in Oxford?

There are quite a few of us in Bristol, I may well be due to be living in oxford on company business for a couple of weeks come Feburary but perhaps we could do a couple of long distance games one weekend if the train fares are right?

Also have a friend in Reading who would probably appreciate an opponent :-)

Cheers gents! The "Oxford Tube" to London is indeed a possibility, though what with the daily drudgery of work it's only really doable on the odd weekend. Likewise with Bristol (though I was thinking of the Winter Warmer doodad, have to chat with a mate about that in a couple of weeks and see if I can drag him down from Chester). A semi-organised weekend thing sounds good.

Reading is fairly handy though...

Games in MK can be arranged, and I know of a player in bicester. Pretty sure there is club in Oxford but don't know if anyone plays epic there.

Hi. As Mephiston mentioned, I live in Bicester, which is about 15 mins from Oxford, so not far away at all. I'd be very happy to meet up for a game if you fancy it?

I've been down to the club in Botley a couple of times - it's a good club, and well attended, but not much Epic to be seen (though there were a few intrigued observers of the Epic game I had there).

I live in Witney, so I'm not far from Oxford.

Funnily enough, I was planning on heading in to the club on the 13th (along with a friend) as well, so I guess I'll see you guys there.
