It's called lodging a dispute as "item not as described". It was advertised wrong. Get a full refund or work out a deal.

Thanks, Frogbear . . . problem is that all over the description it said "item is as pictured . . . pictured item is what you're bidding on" etc. And when I got the tanks and looked afterwards you can JUST make out that they are actually Demolishers. The description got me excited and I didn't pay close enough attention.

And I did get a good deal for them, and I don't like to rock the boat if the payoff doesn't make sense . . . so demolishers it is!

Thanks, though. I have had some things fall through. One guy sent 5 leman russ tanks to the wrong buyer and the guy wouldn't return them, so we had to cancel my auction (got my money back on that one).

Sometimes I wonder if I wouldn't be better off just buying off the website . . . :)

well, I learned something new. Never happened to me so I didn't know. But there should be some kind of remark in the seller's profile, if he/she keeps cancelling all the time!

They were out of stock for a bit, but now Buy Now has popped up again! You know what else irritates me though, other than eBay? People trying to pawn these Warhounds off as OOP in order to get more of my stuff ::)

Is this a good thing? Is the new AT game planning on being released? So maybe new models? Or its just a accident and they'll be back?? Or is it time to Panic again!!!

Good god, this is what, the second time they've had to mark out of stock/pull it down since they've put it up hasn't it? I wonder how surprised they are at how much it's selling.
