As listed here: http://www.collecting-citadel-miniature ... ed_Release

questions:
Are all 3 eldar titans available in this form? or just the phantom and revenant? when were they actually released? how rare are they compared to other limited release bits like the exodites? (eg do i have any hope of collecting a titan clan of these?)

Any info would be awsome 8)

Cheers Apoc

I think I've seen either of those pop up on ebay about 6 times this year and I don't recall them going for too much over retail. I don't believe the models were well received which may factor in to some degree.

Those were the E40k variants, so around 98 is when they came out. No Warlock was made. And what Vaaish said about price and what not.

Cheers :) I agree the phantom is ugly, but i rather like the look of that revenant. Shouldn't be too hard to convert a warlock to match.

I got three of them. Never really like them compared to the old version which were smoother (and cost more on ebay).

Drop me a PM Apocolocyntosis and possibly I can arrange for you to get hold of one ;)

yep, those are seriously ugly models (no offense to anyone that has them though). The warwalkers from that time were pretty terrible too.

The Revenants are... okay... but the Phantom... it looks terrible to me... *especially* the big clompy feet... those look like Ork feet.

Funny as the only distinction to the current models is that accordion-thingy on the back which now is removed from the current model :)

And i somehwat like the E40k Phantom. It looks more "alive" than the rather rigid "smooth" version we have now.

Hmm wow, most hated model in epic ?! In that case you can all feel free to send your unwanted orky titans to meeee :D where they'll get a good home (PM sent Lextar)

My take on it was that all that raised detail would be wraithbone adorning some ancient titan. That sort of detail should be easy to create with press moulding, so it should be easy to work up a warlock in that style and maybe re-design some feet.

This has to be the comment I've come across in my time here that I disagree with the most :P .

There is nothing good about that horrible excuse for an Eldar Titan in my opinion. All the Epic 40K Eldar titans were terrible, and in my view the best thing to do with all of them is to melt them down and forget that they ever existed, but each to his or her own :) .

Personally, I think the E40K Eldar Titans were a nice idea in theory (titans built around skeletal wraithbone structures) but were horribly botched in the execution.

I plan on using those ugly titans as other titans for the Lugganath list. I even had a reason for them looking so hideous. :)
