Toying with some cult armies at the moment, and I've got a pile of the original plastic Chaos Marines. Going through Epicollector though I notice they're aligned to the four powers.



Are these official god designations?

Theoretically, yes, but noone has ever minded people mixing and matching them however they want, given how fairly generic they are.

Were they identified as different powers in the Renegades supplement?

Just looked at Renegades ... in the pictures, and cards, they are mixed ... as Zombo alluded to. But the way EpiCollector has them is generally the accepted alignment ... Although copying an idea from some of the crew here ... I made couple of my own Thousand Sons ...
