I like the mk 25 much better.

Indeed, the Mk25 look like *Battlesuits*, not just "regular" armour.

I like both models in 40k scale, but my 6mm Stealths have probably seen the most breakage of anything I've ever gotten from Forge World.

I got an email telling that my backorder of Tau Stealthsuits are not going to be done

Regrettably, after a period of intense re-mastering work to allow us to produce new Epic production moulds, our Manufacturing department have informed us that the quality of the produced models is not good enough for the mould to be brought back into production.

They do offer refund or replacement. I wonder what happens if I ask for Firewarriors  .

I asked about the Stealth Suits today to, and was told "Unfortunately the Stealth Suites will not be returning to stock.  We can replace them with other items of the same value or we can refund you for them.  The Devilfish is in stock at the moment so we can send those out to you."

I asked for Pathfinders, and got this:  "The Pathfinders are also no longer available unfortunately so we have ordered 2 further Devilfish sets for you."

At least my Fire Warriors will all certainly be mechanised now...

Pathfinders will need CADding too, then.

Really? I far prefer the mark 15's

I guess that it is just me and you, then Chris, who like the older suits, which are.... you know.... stealthy. The 25's just look like Ork constructs - Nobs in powered armour.

I prefer the old suits too actually, they look sleeker and more aesthetic, though I admit they are a touch small and the new ones do look more like a proper battlesuit size.

It's always bugged me the colour scheme is dark red and black 'cos that's really stealthy in a brown earthy area. Personally I plan to paint mine using exactly the same method as I paint my Tau bases, should be extremely quick too.

So still no real news as to a mass return of products then. Does look like they won't be doing infantry from now on.

I was REALLY hoping that at least the Crisis suits would come back, but at the rate things are going, that's just not going to happen, at least not from FW.

I remember someone awhile back did some really nice Panic Suits from scratch though...

They'll probably bring the vehicles back, then cancel them after a month saying that they're not selling.

Infantry I can live without, good proxies available. No Crisis suits would stop me even bothering to build a tau army.

I would assume they count Crisis as infantry.

Then I've just saved myself a load of money!

I would assume they count Crisis as infantry.

In the Taros book they classify them as Light Vehicles, so, perhaps, they don't consider them infantry... who knows the mysteries of the inner workings of Forge World!   :oo:

New Forgeworld newsletter out today saying further Epic items back in stock.

Anyone know if the grey knight terminators will be coming back or any of the terrain?
