There's all sorts of versions and updates of lists, is there a place that lists the most up to date ones?

i was thinking this last night aswell.

also most of the links to any of the lists are broken and dont work

The current NetEA-sponsored army list collection can be found in this forum sub-section:

at the top of the forum section you will see threads with names like:

[NetEA] Army Compendium - DRAFT - Imperial Guard
[NetEA] Army Compendium - DRAFT - Necrons
[NetEA] Army Compendium - DRAFT - Space Marines

Etc.

In each case, each thread will contain the latest NetEA army list set for each army type (so the Imperial Guard thread has a link in it that contains all the NetEA Imperial Guard army lists, etc).

It is intended that soon all of the DRAFT army lists will be collected into one single ARMY BOOK, which will then be made available from a NETEPIC-ARMAGEDDON website.

Which'll make things a lot clearer and approachable.
