End turn 1

A manticore barrage did for fire prisms and vypers. Bang. The Warhound ont he right accounted for the falcons. Rangers got hit by half the army inc. the shadowswords (who missed) and broke eventually. In return the Warhound got heavily damaged by the phantom.
Baneblades show complete disreguard for the eldar by wandering along the road next the guardians with wraithlords.

End turn 2

Eldar fight back. Hawks break themselves on sentinels in firefight/overwatch. Phantom zaps rough riders. Guardians and avatar kill 2 baneblades. Guardians FF and kill the damaged warhound.
In return airplanes finish hawks, shadowswords miss phantom, Hydra  break rangers and army attacks guardians in ruins to little avail.

End turn 3

Roughriders FF and near wiped out by Guardians, in return guardians in ruins finally get theirs from the Hydra, survivor heading for the wood. SHT crossfires advancing phantom with help of warhound zapping it (it took a point of damage from a dangerous terrain test). Rest of army tries to wipe out guardians near eldar blitz. No luck but take it.

wow, that's a quick and accurate synopsis of the game! The curse of a poor deployment, getting the majority of my firepower taken out in the 1st turn (activation?) and then having my Phantom no where useful was a bugger. Still, I was very happy with my infantry, I think they did surprisingly well for themselves :)
