The IG sprue is available as of about 2 weeks ago when I bought some. $3.50 each. You don't need a part number, just tell the trolls what you want and they'll look it up. I'd give it to you, but I threw out my order form.
I only ordered a handful, but they made no mention of limited quantities so I think you're okay there.

Talked to the Troll this morning, Epic IG sprue: 99380305001 , is what the G/W Troll told me. He also said, they have all Epic (E40K) sprues available at this time. And as Neal said, $3.50 is the price per sprue.

The have recently restoked their sprues. I received 20 marine sprues backordered from 2 months ago.
Get them while their hot!

I wish I could....but I already have too much stuff to assemble (I know you can never have too much stuff, but for now, I have)
Are the Epic 40k Ruins sprues $3.50 as well?

Just called G/W US, Epic Ork Chassis sprue 99399999012 - $4.00 ; Turret sprue 99399999013 - $2.50 ...

That's one thing i miss dearly... If they have it, then i may make my order via phone (mind you, it's a bit more complicated than Web when you are on the other side of the ocean).

Yes they do. I just got 5 a couple of months ago. The product code is 99399999024 Epic Ruins Spure at $3.50 each. I live in Europe so I chose to order by mail. No probs there.

I know it has 2 sprues of guardians and aspect warriors, but I don't know which aspect warriors or how many of each. I've held off on getting any Eldar infantry since the release of E40k, because the last thing I need are more guardians. I already have enough for almost 4 complete warhosts, per SM/TL TO&E. Also, are they the same minis as before?
I'm ashamed to say that one of the things that I never got around to buying before they were discontinued way back when was a bunch of aspect warriors. Every time I see the old Eldar warhost on ebay, I get outbid. So, I've resigned myself to resorting to getting the new ones. ?
Any help is greatly appreciated! ?

I haven't got the new spure but AFAIK it is a re tooled E40k version with the Harlequins replaced with more Scouts.
I THINK one box should contain the following stands:
2 Dark Reapers
2 Scorpions
2 Banshees
2 Hawks
2 Warpspiders
2 or 3 Wraithguard
a couple of Exarchs and Warlocks
4-6 stands of jetbikes (depending on how you base them)
4 stands of Scouts
A whole bunch of Guardians
FireDragons and Dire Avangers are bought as metal models with 4 stands of each type + 2 of each typpe exarch to a blister.
Buying 2 boxes of infantry + the blister would give you one formation of each type aspect Warrior according to SM2/NetEpic rules.
...At least I think so....
