It is very late in the coming but I thought I would post these before I forgot.  RonSandt can gi)e the details on the lists (I played the Tau was his tourney list).

The win when to the Tau 2-1, TnH, Blitz vs. Blitz.

The details are pretty fuzzy now but the highlights of the game were the Crisis suits that were perfect for jumping around and destroying his Decimators.  The Tau were able to maximize their abilities by drawing crossfires and the jump pack function.

Drawbacks were the lack of marker lights, but without making the list myself I couldn't tell you if the Tau need more lights or not.

I felt the Tau did play like more than just a static line.  The Firewarriors were fun as they are and I felt they held up nicely.

Here the Crisis Suits worked with the Stealth Suits to catch the Decimators in a crossfire and wipe them out.  The Tau Jump Packs were handy for getting back into cover.

This was an interesting move.  Two Chaos terminator formations teleported behind my AVs within my deployment zone.  They collected a LOT of blast markers however and then Chaos lost the Strategy Roll.  The first Tau formation escaped...

The second formation failed their activation and ended up BREAKING themselves.  Then the last of my Stingrays escaped away, leaving the Terminators with nothing to do but guard my blitz.  I didn't bother to try to save it.

The game went 3 turns and ended up with Chaos moving into my back field and me moving into theirs.  Fortunately for me I was able to prevent Chaos from claiming any other objectives.

Don't worry, I'll let you into a secret, all I ever do is look at the pictures and the summary and conclusions :)

I can't remember.  It wasn't your proposed list.  We played these games weeks ago and I just forgot to post them.  RonSandt has the lists - I am sure he'll come along and post them.  As I recall though it was a formation of Firewarriors, Crisis Suits, Broadsides + 2, Stingrays x 2, Hammerheads, two formations of Tetra/Piranha combos, and Stealth Suits.  There were some Skyrays scattered in there as well.
