One wonders if they actually follow through with any of the suggestions people give or even read them?

I thought they did that because the main studio couldn't cast Juan Diaz's sculpt. J.D. hasn't sculpted any other FW models AFAIK.

I have to admit I haven't filled in the blank with any Epic stuff, instead usually asking for Tau Superheavy Skimmers...though it could be taken as asking for an Epic Scopionfish or something...maybe  :oops:

Possibly. I play a lot of 40k combat patrols, and in the fall I'm starting a Dark Heresy (or Rogue Trader) RPG campaign. I could see getting a lot of use out of a Patriarch, Magus and a score of Brood Brothers. It's just sad that an army of FW Genestealer Cultists would probably be cheaper than the OOP cultists...

If I were to request any Epic models they would be from the Chaos range. Chaos Titans, Daemon Princes and Greater Daemons especially.

Cultists are actually easy with Cadian/Flagellant conversions.  At $11-$15 or more per model, the Hybrids can definitely be challenging on the pocketbook.

Similarly, on a ridiculous longshot I've asked for Genestealer Epic infantry (Hybrids, Magus, Patriarch, Stealers) from FW before. :vD

More recently I've requested Gargants & Chaos war engines/vehicles.
