One question did arrive. In first turn the Stealths with First Strike FF managed to kill one Whirlwind that was in base to base with one Stealth. Would that one stealth get to attack still? Essentially First Strike phase had gone so it's FF was already used and CC wouldn't happen as its opponent was killed. We went with allowing Stealth to make a normal FF attack instead.
Looks to have been a good game all round, thanks for the report and pictures.
On the Stealths and First Strike, it sounds as though you got it right. The unit only has a single attack in assault, which
may be "First Strike" in FF (this is because First Strike is a weapon note with a small arms range). The fact that the 'First Strike' round kills off some enemy leaving other units without enemy in B-B does not stop them fighting using FF instead.
In your example, I presume you ended up with two Stealths in FF that managed to kill a single Whirlwind in the 'First Strike' round of the assault. In this case, when you get to the 'normal' round of combat, the remaining three Stealths use either CC or FF as appropriate (which is what I think you did). The fact that one of the Stealths lost his CC opponent does not stop him from fighting.
