I agree the special rule does need to be clarified if ever formations of Drones are used. No Blast Markers is clearly not right on a formation made only of Drones...

Actually I'm with Lees formation of 6 for 150. It seems fairer than currently and compares well with similar throw away formations in other lists. Of course I think 2 special rules apply to the unit so all that has to factored in as well!

I would be happy with a change in drones to either an upgrade only or an increase in formation size.

With the problem of mass Orca BM placement. What would be the reaction to removing all AP & AT shots from it. This would force the Orca to be a dedicated transport.

It would still leave the problem of mass activations, but if someone wants to spend 600-1000pts on something that can not attack my objective claiming units I won't complain.

Back over to you current list testers.
