I've been told that MW Barrages use the AP to hit column in the barrage table regardless of the actual target type. However my own attempts to find this in the book, FAQ, and errata have yielded nothing.
Can anyone point me to where this is stated (assuming it's true)?

It was part of the suggested changes that did not get adopted in rules review.
