I'll expand on Ragnarok's suggestion..
Warlord with CLP, 2xMRL, Chainfist versus the likes of Black Legion. Warlord with CLP, 2xMRL, Las Burner versus Eldar, SL etc
Against teleporters I would definitely consider using the empty blitz and contest it later tactic. Giving up a good unit/formation and the blitz to the teleport assault is too costly.

Problem is at a tournament you are never sure what you are going to play against. I have started trying out a Pack of Warhounds with two scout MRLs each. At 500pts they can pump out 12 BP - 2 extra templates and 2 extra BM per round of shooting. Can be used to double & fire and then next turn sustain at the same target whilst still supporting larger titans. Great for catching multiple formations that are too close and guaranteeing that small annoying formations break.

I've just realsied we played the Marauders wrong. We had them with their bombs having a fixed rear arc (makes sense since they are dropped as the marauder passes), rather than fixed forwards. Which means they las cannons having a AT value is useful.
