My latest idea is to make a Vulture gunship.
Here's the plan:
- Use the old Silent Death Salamander as the base fuselage. - Mold and cast some Squat gyrocopter turbines to mount on the back of the chassis. - Chop off the booms from some old Scotia P-38s in my bitz box and mount under the wings. - Add a BFG turret to the nose. - Add random ordinance to the wings.
I already have some CAV Fenris'es to use as Valkyries.
I think that I'm going to use some of the GZG proxies for Stormtroopers. Some of them have helmets just like the Stormtrooper illustrations.
Any comments or ideas?
Shalom, Maksim-Smelchak.

Hi!
There are some VTOL's from GZG that have some turbines you could also use instead of cutting up rare gyrocopters for engines.

Hi!
I think Gladiator makes some nice VTOL's that have cool fan jets too.

SJG Minis to close down... Pity! ------------------------------
See: ? http://www.sjgames.com/ill/ ? http://www.sjgames.com/ill/ For the Aug 9th entry.
It looks like SJG is pulling out of the mini business.
However, before they go, they are going to release:
- Doppelsoldner - Ogre Vulcan - Ogre Vulcan Heavy Drone - Ogre Ninja - Ogrethulhu Swimmer
For those of you who are chaos players, now is the time to buy your OGREthulu minions to use as chaos daemons.
Shalom, Maksim-Smelchak.

Hi!
Damn, that's lousy news.
It seems like a lot of companies have been dropping like flies in the last several years.
Well, stock up laddies, they'll be gone soon...

Hi!
These last two years have been real bad for a lot of companies and many lines have been dropped, perhaps forever. I'm still reeling from FASA biting the dust.
The OGRE infantry was pretty good, might pick up some those.
