I am not sure anyone has really delved into the rules and army list for the various Inquistorial Ordos and their allies. Some discussion may have occured in regards to them, for some reason I remember suggesting that a 1 or 2 formation approach be taken as I am against seeing things like Grey Knights fielded in company strenght in tournements. These are exceedingly rare forces of the Imperium. Yes a scenario from the final battle of the 1st War of Armageddon would be interesting. So rules for them makes sense - but I am against building a complete army list for them.

There were lists developed for Inquisitor forces on the main SG board... you may need to run a search for these. This will give you the options for the Grey Knights.
Other force lists are still in development. The latest official versions are on the SG site, in the 'experimental rules' section of the Epic part. Development is being run by player groups, and some are being developed here. The 'Epic Armageddon Focus HQ' boards are used for this official development (including the Tau, Necrons, Tyranids, Eldar, Titan and Chaos Lost and the Damned! ).

Talk to Lord Inquisitor, he had a fairly good list going.

Just to clarify, the Inquisiton Task Force list lets you build an army from any one of the three main Ordos, and all three include models that would require conversion - most obviously the Sisters of Battle, who are rather tricky to convert.
Orangesm, if you'd be interested I'd be happy to let you know why I think the Inquisition deserves an army list even at the Epic level... put simply, while the Grey Knights and Deathwatch are exceptionally rare, they do muster Epic-level forces occasionally. However, this list has been designed so that you can include a minimum of such units if you want to keep them rare.
We had a look at some kind of "allies" system, but that's best left for scenario play - there's no easy way to prevent potential abuse.

I think we may have already had the discussion.

Official, no. It would be extremely unlikely to be official. Ever.
That said, I would like it to be tournament-balanced, yes. It's intended to be a fun list with a lot of special rules, but I would like it to be usable in a "proper" game, yes.
As for 2.1, there's some changes in the pipeline, and I'm going to go through and edit some of the special rules and there are a few points values that might go up. However, for the next edition, I would really like to get some painted models and fluff to make it more "finished" and the painted models are a real stumbling block for me.
But please let me know what you'd have issues with - I've tested all three ordos, but not as much as I would like to. What are your concerns?

Jaldon has a Grey Knight list floating the net somewhere as well.
