AT all the way. You're most likely going to have plenty of AP. Also, lots of AT can help against WEs, which marines usually have a diffictul time with.

AT, AT, AT.
Tanks work best in action with infantry formations so SM have plenty of AP already, and need good AT.
Agree with Neal AT all the way.
