One thing which might be worth trying is Irregular 6mm Goblin infantry (GO3 (L)). Unfortunately their site does not have pics.
Generally Irregular minis aren't great; they range from bad to slightly above average. However, they are very cheap and much can be done at this scale with a good paintjob.

Better than rice ! However on the Yahoo Epic site, someone tried the I/goblins and was not impressed by their detail, either ... but better than rice ! I rather eat the rice than use it as Epic figs !

If anyone wanted to try and use the old ratlings with their guns knocked off as gretchin, here is an ebay auction that might be worth geting. 16 of them and no bids.

Hello to you all,
Just before the old specialist forums went down, I opened a thread asking the same thing
Can someone direct me to the latest biel-tan pdf? I've been told they're going to appear on the sepcialist games website, but I can only find the ulthwe, saim-hann and alaitoc files, whch all refer to the biel tan ones!
I don't know if it's allowed, but if it is, can someone mail them on martin_dieleman@zonnet.nl?
thanks in advance!
