So therefore the Terminators would get a -1 to be shot at while in the bunker, unless the bunker can be shot at instead of the terminators (if it were counted as an immobile transport vehicle). In that case do you shot at the bunker or the terminators? If the Bunker were destroyed and the Terminators make an emergency disembarkation they should be able to make a 4+ RA save, unless the weapon was a TK then they only have their invul save, or a MW where they still get a basic 4+ save.

Do the Terminators get a blast marker for the bunker being shot at? Is the bunker classified as a transport vehicle in a similar manner to a W/E transport, or a dedicated transport? If they get out with no casualties at all, do they get an additional BM for the loss of the bunker? I know that if they lose terminator stands, then they will get additional BM for the units lost.

The bunker is only a terrain piece, you cannot target it any more than you could a wood or ruins.

So then the Terminators get a -1 for being shot at with FF or ranged weaponry, but not in CC. Unless the enemy is using TK or MW, they get their full 4+ RA save, reduces to a basic 4+ save for MW or a 6+ invul against TK weapons.

I would take the Armour or Invul save over the bunkers saving throw any day, as you get a better save all round.

FF never gets -1 for terrain.

No modifiers ever apply to these dice rolls.

FAQ
Quote:
Q: If units are assaulted/engaged while in cover, do enemy attacking with FF values get a -1 modifier (cover) to hit?
A: No. Modifiers never apply to a unit’s FF or CC values when determining if they hit in an Assault

As mentioned up-thread, the 3+ Cover Save only replaces the unit's first save, not the whole thing. Also, Terminators don't usually have an Invulnerable Save - from memory it's just NetEA Death Guard and some lists' Assault Terminators.

Assuming it's a Terminator formation that has an Invulnerable save:

Normal hits - 3+ cover and 4+ reinforced armour and 6+ Invulnerable.
MW hits - first save of any type is lost, 4+ reinforced armour and 6+ Invulnerable.
TK hits - both the first save of any type and the Reinforced re-roll is lost, so just 6+ Invulnerable.
Ignore Cover hits - 4+ armour and 4+ reinforced armour and 6+ Invulnerable.
Lance hits - 3+ cover (the 4+ reinforced armour is lost) and 6+ Invulnerable.

I think that's all the variations.
