1. How much artwork can you glean from various sources to flush out the supplement? ÂÂ
As i wish to use only non-GW artwork currently: None. Soif anyone with skill wants to contribute i will hear them.

2. Will you have multiple painted armies of each type to photograph for datafaxes and other shots?
I guess i will paint up most of the units myselfe but if others have already painted ones and want to help then this will behelpful too.

3. Who will be assisting you?
Well it seems several peaople already asked for helping me in this thread.

4. Will you be putting together modeling sections for people interested in creating the armies?
If there will beunits not easily available from GW i will do so.

5. Will you be able to create a PDF and rebel army that differentiates itself from the other lists significantly enough?
The Rebels will be a 1:1 copy of the Vraksian Renegade Militia (so people who want to play Vraksians only have to switch the list's name

), the PDF is more tricky but i guess i can bring an original spin to them.

6. Would this be a full blown supplement or would it be better suited as a mini-supplement that appears in a larger tome.  There appears to be plenty of ideas that fall into this category.  IMO Epic: Siege is the lower limit of what I think is the appropriate size for a supplement.
At this stage i seriously toying with the idea to make it a full blown supplement as Epic: Raiders and Epic: Siege.
@E&C and firestorm40k:
Interesting ideas. I wanted to use Vraks because we don't comeup with yet another new IG army out of thin air.
As i stated previously things like Navy and Titans will be included in the Grant Tournament Armylists but in a Designers Notebox it will be stated that historically the armies wouldn't have acsess to Aircrafts or Titans and that Fortifications (included with points costs in an Appendix) shouldn't be used for Tournaments by default.
The PDF army would be playable as non-siege (but fortifications would be used for certain scenarios and would be able with points cost in an appendix) thame for the Rebels. PDF and Rebels would be distinct because teh Rebels won't use some of themore special/elire gear of the PDF. The PDF will be superb equipped but as an true PDF force which hadn't seen real fighting for decades they will be hard pressed.
Acompanying the Red Corsairs with Traitor Guard is a cool idea but would require to invend yet another armylist. I would rather see the Red Corsairs act on their own (with several different warbands from other Renegade Chapters, Titans and aircrats)and then ally with the Rebels.
Depending if Chaos should win or not i could include liberation forces. This could be:
Salamanders (because the armylist is learly finished)
Dark Angels (which fits the War in Heaven theme but need a bit more work)
perhabs to acompany the Space Marines a ImperialGuard list whichis renowned to act in harsh conditions.
Death Korps of Krieg comes to mind (so this list hasn't to be included because it is already included in Epic: Siege).
Other options could be Elysian Drop Troops, Harakoni Warhawks, etc. Catachans wouldn't be used because i can't imagine them in all enclosing environmental suits which are needed to survive on theplanet ÂÂ
As for
need of yet another variant of IG and SM well...currently we have no choice. Tyranids, Tau and Necrons wich would be truly new races aren't in such a stage as to be ready enought to be include in an official (fan)supplement.
Salamanders are years in the making and there are really only minor quirks to adjust (iirc only the final stats for certain Land Raider variants).
And
Epic: Badab War supplement would even be more boring. The only list to beused would be the Codex Astartes Space Marine armylist from the rulebook and the fluff is already well known. It would be difficult to include anything new.

I would like to see the supplement use some already existing lists instead of making new ones. This would hopefully allow some to finish as well.
Me too. Because of this i suggested Salamanders/Dark Angels. Now as i look up the map of the galaxy Baal is near (Blood Angels homeworld) as well as Chogoris (White Scars homeworld) and certainly Nocturne too (Salamanders home world).
@Name:
Well
Epic: Maelstrom certainly sounds cool but i choosed
Epic: Renegades (or
Epic: Renegade) because the theme of the supplement ARE renegades. I wanted to focus on the rebellion on the planet itselfe and not on the Red Corsairs and their allies. If i would focus on the Red Corsairs then no rebellion is needed (or would only start with the Red Corsairs arrival) so the rebels wouldn't need an army list of their own. They would be the Traitor Guard accompanying the Red Corsairs. But i'm not entirely against it.
So that leaves:
- Red Corsairs Renegade Chapter Chaos Space Marines
- Heavenly Rebels(aka Vraksian Renegade Militia)/Traitor Guard
- Heavenly Choir Imperial Guard PDF
- Salamanders/DarkAngels/BloodAngels/WhiteScars*
- Death Korps of Krieg*/Elysian Drop Troops
*the ramylist doesn't need to be included in this supplement, because they are already included elsewhere. Would save work and space.
I certainly won't use the Lost and the Damned armylist. To me they look more like an army straight out of the Eye of Terror and would be better served in an
Epic: Crusades supplement together with Black Legion and Black Templars (a crusading Space Marine Chapter).
*few*...a long posting

So with all my reasonings above. What do you think?
