I have Dark Eldar myself, and have most of the infantry, LV , AV and War Engines I made up quite a lot of lists for both 3000 points and for minigeddon as well. The main thing you need to remember for Dark eldar is that they need to rely on 2 things, speed, and heavy hitting in close combat/fire fight. The you need to get out of there quick, or reinforce them in a big way.
I tend to use Ravagers particularly Kabal Flotillas as the base for my lists. For minigeddon, I go with a basic 4 ravager formation. Add in either a sybarite or a Dracon (rather than an Archon).
Next I add in a bike formation of 6 reaver jetbikes with a sybarite. This give me the speed to take unprotected objectives, rush a formation in to add support for an assault using the Dark Eldar special ability, and these bikes can triple move 120cms.
Next I add in the meat and bones to the list. The formations, or formations I want to base the lists tactics on. Just lately I was mostly tabled by a Iyaden Eldar army which had lots of Ghost warrior (wraith guard) and Wraith Lord units. in a 3000 point tournament. These fearless formations were hard to get rid of, especially with their macro weapons. From this I examined my own options for Dark Eldar. I worked out that there were 2 main formations and 4 units I should be using to get maximum effect of fearless units with close combat macro weapons, and even indirect distort artillery.
The units are the Talos, the Perditor, the Haemonculi and the Grotesque. I do not know about the EpicUK list as I do not use that here in Australia, but you can get a decent l3rd or even 4th formation that will put the enemy on the back foot, and react to your tactics and actions rather force you to react to theirs.
Try a Haemonculi Coven with transports to help speed the basic troops up further to absorb fire meant to come at the Perditors. Add in one or two Perditors (I scratch built mine), the then add in two Talos. You might drop the Perditors, or the Talos The Coven cost 250 points and the Haemonculi get the leader skill in addition to being fearless. The Talso get a 4+ reinforced armour save, are walker AV and have MW in close combat and 2 as an upgrade cost 100 points. The Perditors are 150 points each, have 2 DC, are war engines, fearless, get 4+ reinforced armour, also have macro weapons, and can shoot indirectly (2BP each) with 30cm (z2 for indirect) that have the Disrupt rule. In large games the formation costs 650 points. however you can reduce the model count for minigeddons.
Here is an example list:
350 points - Kabal Flotilla, 4 Ravagers, Dracon 225 Points - Reaver Gang - 6 Reaver Jetbikes, Sybarite 425 Points - Haemonculi Coven - 2 Haemonculi (leaders), 4 Grotesques, 1 Perditor with Sybarite upgrade (another Leader).
You could put the extra Sybarite with the Flotilla.
With this list I would rush the Haemonculi coven up to the middle of the table and place them in area terrain to get the cover bonus. The ravagers and bikes would roam around picking off lone enemy formations, if needed they can rush up to support the Coven. The bikes are useful if the enemy decide to abandon their blitz or another objective to remove the Coven.
Also remember, that if the Coven is placed given sustained fire, the Perditors has +1 to hit for its indirect distort artillery. I have found it is really good busting up those hard to remove infantry formations sitting in cover on the blitz. Squat warriors, massed Guard Tactical Platoon, Eldar Dark Reapers and Fire Dragons, Space Marine Tactical squad, etc. The distort works better than regular artillery because you hit more than you kill off, but each hit is another blast marker.
Below are other lists I have built for my Dark Eldar force for minigeddon.
1000 Point Epic Dark Eladar Kalabite force for Minigeddon List 1 250 Points – 1 x Kabal Koterie – 4 x Incubi incl Dracaon, 2 x Raider transports 350 Points – Kabal Flotilla – 6 x Ravager Hover Tanks (BTM Objective) 200 Points – Kalabite Syndicate – 6 x Kalabite Warrior, 3 x Raider transports 200 Points – Reaver Gang – 6 Reaver Jetbikes

I tend to not use Wyches as much as they do not get a save, and are not fearless. They are only really good in close combat, and enemy can force them to use their FF value as well. I do have a formation of 6 units of them, and 2 Warp Beasts, but I rarely use them unless it is a larger game.
I hope this has helped with the Dark Eldar army.
