Well, I came by just to catch some of the "glow" from this great forum. I am working 10+ hour days and have been trying to keep up with both the eight year old and the 1 year old. On top of that, my wonderful wife and I have been going on dates.  :;):

So you can imagine, it leaves very little time for my hobbies.

Dispite that, my Imperial Titan and Knight forces have grown quite a bit durring my time away. I also scored some more Super Heavies to use against the forces of Evil and Chaos.

My 15mm SciFi forces have also grown (No not to Primarch level  :laugh: ) quite a bit. One of the things I loved the best is a home grown 15mm kit of the SJG Ogre. I sent it to a friend how builds models at a Master Level, so it will look the best.

I did thin out the Eldar collection somewhat, with the sale it takes the Eldar back down to slightly over 20,000 points.

Overall, I did have to cut out my once a week "play time" and this has hurt. I am praying for the work presure to lift somewhat so I can get back into playing.

In any case, I will try and stop by more often.

Hey dafrca, good to hear from you again :D  I'd come close to posting asking if anyone had heard from you, but judged from your previous posts here and on the EA forums that it was probably just family and work pressures keeping you away!

Hi Dafrca, nice to have you back. Sounds busy - but a good time, otherwise. I've actually managed to paint some of the stuff you'd sent in my very first trade here - a few Thudds and Mole Mortars. They're in the T06g 4th gamer thread. 'Fraid I've had to cut down on gaming time too - I'm back t othe 0 hours per week gaming schedule.

Good to here from you Dafrca.  I understand the time issues, I work 11-12 hr shifts, play with my 3 girls (2,3,5) and attempt to spend time with the wife, which leaves little time for working on models.  I do get a game night around twice a month, though.

I was looking over my collection tonight and realized I need to do a recount. I many have exceeded my 50k of Imperial goal with this last buy. Now when can I find the time to do it... :p

Of course I did count my Titans in with my Guard before, hummmm.... ???

Unfortunately, dafrca, I know exactly how you feel. I know my wife was REALLY happy when I had to suspend my weekly gaming session (although she will never admit it). I agree, real life is such a hassle.

Ah, young primarch Dafrca, you DO NOT count titans. They inflate the army totals. Only count non-titans. If you are over 50k without them you have reached your goal..... :;):

OH, I plan to still reach my goal. Once with Titans and then another time without them.  :cool:

It will be interesting to see where my numbers will come out without the Titans.
