Okay... I have sheets of those plastic cards that are 1 mm thick. I have a cumpas cutter thing... unfortunately they seem to only be made of plastic.
I've made a few plastic round bases before See my Tyranids
The problem with making these is that the compas shifts, so it moves from the original cut line as the tool is made of plastic. Annoying point one. Annoying point two is that it is a hell of a lot of work.
So... I'm looking for an alternative. Can people suggest anything that is 1mm thick and a diameter of 20mm?
Any volunteers to make me these? I'll pay or trade if someone can provide me these. Looking for a lot of these though, at least 20 for now.

Some types of kids plastic money or round boardgame tokens might be an option as well.

Hi!
As wierd as this may come for me, bases are one thing I do still by from GW, they sell (sold) bases without the slot. I loved those.

I suspect you could find a dye cutter with a little effort. Something like a grommet-maker would work. Anything with a circular sharp edge and a hammer could punch out uniform circles very quickly - like a cookie cutter for plastic.
You might try contacting some machine shops to see if they have some worn out stuff that could work. Or at least someplace you might order it.
Barring that, a piece of pipe in the right diameter and a grinder to sharpen the edge would probably work.
