Very nice! I like how the colours are slightly toned down. Gives a nice natural feel to the models. Just out of curiosity: How much do you charge for models painted to this standard?
Cheers!

Thanks guys.
Dysartes: They're all a bit awkward to rank up. however they come with a selection of diagonal & horizontally slotted bases, so I've not glued any of them in & will give them a base to suit each one when I've added the Shields to the whole lot.
Stormseer: Thanks for your comments on the flesh tones. I have to admit its one of the easiest & yet most effective (for photography at least) systems I've used on flesh & I will certainly be using it inthe future. Its just scorched brown (the whole model started scorched brown), followed by tanned flesh & dwarf flesh - very striking for a quick paintjob!
Warmaster: Thanks, I prefer to pain in a dull, slightly more realistic style when I can. As for price, these guys were quoted at ?4 each, but if I do any more, that'll be upped to ?5 each.

Indeed, thanks for saying how you did it, its a superb result for three colours, I think I will be giving it a go for some Necromunda hired guns..... Cheers!

Not much happening today. I've been tinkering with some stuff for Incoming. I also finished and undercoated those scratch built BFG Battlecruisers. I'll have a few pics up once I've given them a basic drybrush to mark out the detail.
I'm really not in the painting mood these days but I've had 6 almost finished Ragnaroks staring at me from the shelf for the better part of a month now. I really must get arround to finish those! -Oh yeah: I forgot. I based another Cadian infantry company woth of "Codex" guardsmen. -That's SM era infantry companies; not the platoon sized ones of E:A. This brings me up to 3 Cadian inf coys, 2 Tallarn, 1 Krieg, 1 Catachan and 1 Tech Guard company. ...The best part is that I've only managed to paint 1? of these!!! AAAARGH! I hate doing Grunts!
Cheers!

You are doing better than me, none of my 4 guard companies are more than base-coated...

Warmaster, you're indefatgable! Other than messing about with a 40K Rhino being transformed into a Vindicator, nil work.

The Army Champion digest on Black Templars is ready and will be sent to Jervis in a few minutes.
Been feeling bad today. Missed school and slept to 12 (not without my mother's knowledge). Over last week I almost constantly suffer from a diabetic's version of yo-yo effect, and wildly changing reactions to insulin. Being a diabetic sucks. Big time.

I have started work on 3 of my 6 Leman Russ Destroyers, and my 3 Vanquishers. Question: What do you guys do with the old command tanks (the ones with the flag) if the Vanquisher is supposed to be the command tank now?

Well you coud allways snip off the flag (Shock! Horror!) ...or extend the barrel of the gun with a small piece of plastic rod. ...Or you could do like me, and simply add the FW Vanquisher turret to the metal tank body. I actually think that makes for a more attractive Vanquisher.
5th: Sorry to hear that. Get better now ya hear!
Cheers!

Hope you feel better soon,T5H! I'm still battling my illness.
- I'm still working on my 2 Supa Gunz conversions. - Making a Chaos AFV from an Epic scale/size piece that came with a 6 inch Star Gate fig (after I took the bitz from the figs, I eventually gave the figs to my buddie's son.) - The Star Gate, pyramid, alien ship, etc. I have those with my Terrain collection. - The flyer/"Glider" will be a Chaos aircraft. And this weird thing they call a "Chariot" will a L/Raider proxy. After I "bitz" them out. I think they will be part of my Tzeentch forces.
- Also worked on my E:A Ork TO&Es, as we like and still use the SM-1 era templates. - Still waiting on my back ordered IG C-pack! ? ? - And will order the Ork C-pack when it is available next month... I hope... ?
