Hmm, think hordes and hordes and hordes of Necron warriors, and a cloud of Scarabs, and 2 or 3 hulking Monoliths, and a C'tan type floating in the middle, and there you are - but I would emphasize the loads of Warriors and Scarabs - a sort of refugee from Warmaster with 40K-style weapons.
