5 - Open Category - Custom free-for-all, includes dioramas/battlescenes, Ork Airfields, etc?
Question... if you're limiting this category to one picture, isn't it hard to submit a dioramas/battlescene???
I've started work on a diorama (just before i heard about this competion), but the secene is of a group of trapped troops. Now if I follow the rules, I'll end up with a picture of some troops trapped and the enemy with their backs to the picture.
Probably too late, but dioramas/battlescenes should be a seperate category so you can have multiple images for the same diorama/battle scene.

Single picture only for the same reasons given in other discussions on this matter.
Rules are set and are not open to negotiation or change.
I appreciate any entry would benefit from more photographs, in your example I would turn the diorama 90 degrees and take a side view.
This is a painting competition and any entry will be judged on how well painted the miniatures are.

Hmm... that's going to be a bit hard as the whole setting is in a canyon, so it's hard to get a camera into the right angle... unless I chop my mountain in half.
I appreicate the rules, I'll see if I can get any decent pictures and decide
thanks
