Hi Guys,
I will be out on vacation from today (Tuesday, 11 August 2004) to roughly next week around (Monday, 16 August 2004).

I'll be heading to Disneyland, the Getty Museum, Fort San Pedro, my friend's WWII Reenactment group, visiting friends and other attractions around the Southern California, LA area.

I loved Disneyland - went with my ex, will filled with an ambition to christen one of the rides but it is packed with people  . Didn't get the opportunity.
Have a good one! Enjoy the tex-mex buffets, they are rather good!

Hi Gang,
Enjoying vacation...
- Disneyland is full of canned music, but it's grown since the last time I saw it (Tower of Terror can yank yer guts out)...
- Saw Fort MacArthur (a WWI US Navy coastal shore battery from WWI... 14inch guns!... VERY COOL!)...
- Saw a preserved USAF Nike missile site... VERY COOL!...
- Went to a WWII reenactment showing...
- Getting ready to go on a little shopping today...
- Also hope to see the movie, "The Village"...
- Going by Brookhurst Hobbies today (14 Aug 04)...
- Epic game today at 4:00pm at The LAst Grenadier shopin Burbank, CA with Dafrca...

Hi Everyone,
Got a few more Internet minutes to describe the "experience"...
Re: Disney: Too much canned music! The crowds have also driven me more nuts than normal. Mostly, I've just ried to pretend that every ride was part of a miniatures game and ignore the happy little chipmunks, mice, rodents and all.
Yesterday, I made a point to go by the petting zoo and pet stinky farmyard animals to "sweeten" my Disney experience. The baby goats took a real liking to me (and my shirt, pants, frozen banana, etc.!).
