Hello again, everyone! I've had a good amount of free time since my last post in this thread, and I've been fortunate enough to receive quick feedback from Queen of Bithynia about the list. Thus, I made changes to further clarify and slim down the list, as well as make the Cult Arcana rules easier to understand and reference. I hope that these changes are (at least) mostly successful in this regard, so let me know whether they actually are. Thank you again for your interest!

v0.0.2c:
- Some existing formation rules were reworded or fixed.
- The Legion Outrider Squad unit was removed. In its place, the Legion Sky-hunter squad unit's CC was upgraded to 3+.
- The Warhound Class Titan unit and Dire Wolf Class Titan unit were removed entirely to focus the list further. Coincidentally, this is in character for Legio Xestobiax.
- The Khenetai Occult Blades formation was renamed to Khenetai Occult Blade Cabal; the Khenetai Occult Cabal unit was renamed to Khenetai Occult Blade Squad.
- The Ammitara Intercession Cabal formation was renamed to Ammitara Occult Intercession Cabal; the Ammitara Occult Intercession Cabal unit was renamed to Ammitara Occult Intercession Squad.
- Legion Tactical Squads formations and Khenetai Occult Blade Cabal formations can no longer take the Spartan Assault Tank Squadron Legion Upgrade.
- One Legion Breacher Squad unit in every two now has a Lascutter. Accordingly, the Legion Breacher Squads formation was increased in cost to 350 points.
- Sicaran Battle Tank Squadron formations can now have 2 OR 4 units.
- Legion Predator units were removed.
- The Hyperios Missile Launcher on the Legion Hyperios Missile Tank was renamed to a Twin Hyperios Launcher.
- The Cult Arcana (X) rules were overhauled. Making an Initiative roll to use a Cult Arcana (X) ability and receiving a Blast marker upon failure is now standardized across all variants. Each variant description is divided into three sections: Time, which describes the moment that a Cult Arcana (X) ability can be used; Success, which describes what the targeted formation gains upon succeeding the Initiative roll; and Failure, which describes the penalty the targeted formation receives upon failing the Initiative roll, on top of the Blast marker inflicted. Ideally, the rules should be easier to reference as well. Some clarifications were also made and some smaller details were reworded.
- The XVth Legion Astartes Forces unit list is now down to two pages long, save for the Legion Drop Pod rules that spill over to a third page.
- The Special Rules section now fits on a single page with room to spare.
- NOTE: Removal of some War Engine tank units in the army list was considered, but it was decided that they would remain. This is to prevent the list from becoming rigid in smaller games or game modes (e.g. Minigeddon). In addition, it is not expected for there to be more than two of these tank units selected for a viable list in a medium-sized game (3k points) due to existing restrictions.
