Hi all,

I don't see a thread of the team tournament for 2020 anywhere. Was there a discussion about it last year? I might be able to offer to try to host one if there is not anything yet. The time would be 25th – 26th of July during an event called Ropecon. There is obviously more details to be worked out (to see if this can be done as I'd need to check from other people as well) but this is an initial question.

Edit: If there is no-one organising it, would this weekend for for others / interest in coming?

Wasn't it Stockholm this year? Hearsay on my part though...

It's in Stockholm, Sweden this year on the 3-4 October.

Nothing stopping you organising an epic tournament of you own at your event though.

I think the big question at the moment is whether there will still be travel restrictions still in place by then - certainly here looks to be only moving in one direction at the moment.

Yeah 3-4 of October is the current plan. But as RichardL says, that's really dependent on the world returning to some sort of normality by then, which currently seems a bit iffy. But do mark your calendars!

Anybody knows what happened to this event? Is it still in the works?

Due to the Corona situation we've unfortunately decided to cancel the tournament in Sweden, but we're open to hosting it next year around the same time. Hopefully the world will be a bit more sane by then!
